He was predeceased by: his parents, Demetrios Kafasis and Naouma Kafasis. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Nicholas Papadonis, DoraThea Kastanas, Michael Kastanas, EphiGenia Kastanas, Dmitri Koustas, Ariana Arfanakis, Nicolette Kafasis and Nicholas Kafasis; his great grandchildren, Constantine, Evie, Theo Arfanakis, Neomi Barre and Ema Agnes Koustas; and also, Effie Kafasis, Joanne Papadonis, Naomi Kastanas, James Kafasis, Charles Kafasis, Gail Koustas, Stanley Kastanas, Christina Kafasis and Charles Koustas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
