She is survived by: her parent Rita T. Husselbee Botelho (O'Rourke); and her siblings, Kathleen Botelho of Billerica, Karen Botelho of Belmont, William Husselbee of Lowell and John Husselbee (Cindy) of Davenport, FL.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, cousins, friends.
