He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Capone (White) and Daniel Capone; his siblings, Frankie Capone, Albert Capone, Delene Johnson and Barbara Jewel; his stepdaughter Linda Cormier; and his brother-in-law Gerald Roy.
He is survived by: his wife Leona D. Capone (Roy); his son Lewis Capone of North Carolina; his stepchildren, Randy Cormier of Lowell and Lisa Petersen (Price) of Windham, NH; his granddaughter Tiffany Candy (Gary); his great grandchild Glenn; his grandchildren, Matthew and Hannah Petersen; his siblings, Daniel of Lowell, William Capone of Lowell, Betty Lynch of Meredith, NH and Dottie Core of Arkansas; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Goyette (Hank). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
