He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Whitney (McDowell) and Giles Whitney; his brother Donald; and his sister-in-law Dawn Whitney. He is survived by: his wife Pam (Clement); his sons, Leonard G. Whitney, Jr. (Jessica Valentine) of Londonderry, NH and James Whitney (Kristen) of Atkinson, NH; his grandchildren, Cameron, Jillian and Katie; and his brother Robert Whitney (Ruth) of Chelmsford.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McKenna-Ouellette Funeral Home (327 Hildreth St, Lowell, MA 01850). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary Cemetery (90 River Rd, Lowell, MA 01876).
