In the sacred silence of farewell, Leo is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Leo's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David L Welch and Jane M Tibbetts (Savard). He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Welch of Lowell, MA, Timothy Welch of Haverhill, MA, Peter Welch of Haverhill, MA, Catherine Tibbetts of Stoneham, MA and Edward Tibbetts of Stoneham, MA.; his stepfather Edward Tibbetts; and his aunt Rose Thompson (family: Leo). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Cemetery (1251 Gorham St, Lowell, MA 01852).
