He was predeceased by: his father Joseph A. Tremblay. He is survived by: his mother Claire I. Tremblay (Paquin) of Lowell; his children, Joshua Tremblay (Zachary Miller) and Desirae Carr; his former wife Raeanne Santos; his siblings, Donna Adams (Raymond), Denise Kimball (Larry), Robin Nightingale (Peter) and Danielle Johnson (James); and also, Andrea and Brianna. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
