He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent G. Wallen Sr. and Joan Wallen (Brown); his brother Vinny Wallen; and his sister-in-law Becky Wallen. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Wallen of Lowell; his granddaughter Jaslina "Jazzy" Carrion of Lowell; his brothers, Glenn Wallen of Brattleboro, VT, Dean Wallen of Cape Cod and Wayne Wallen (Cindy) of Jaffrey, NH; his sister-in-law Laura Wallen of Concord; his close friends, Pat Chandler, Howie Silva of Lowell and Theana Gauthier (Manny Silva) of Lowell; and his nieces and nephews, Mike, Sarah, Kristina and Jamie. He is also survived by his two great-nieces and one great-nephew.
