He is survived by: his children, Kathleen McCarthy of Alton Bay, NH, Karen Butler (LaVaine) of Lowell, Brenda McCarthy of Lowell and George McCarthy Jr. (Gizelia) of Lowell; his grandchildren, Richard Boisvert (Christina) of Lowell, Kara Boisvert of Lowell, Christopher Butler (Jennifer) of Lowell, Jason Butler of New Hampshire, Kaileigh Lamontagne of West Virginia, Ryan Pimentel of South Carolina and Melissa Pimentel of Derry, NH; his great grandchild Layla Pimentel; and his cousin Stephen McCarthy of Pelham, NH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
