He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Peters and Marietta Peters (Brunelle); and his brother Frederick "Fritz" Peters. He is survived by: his wife Frances B. Peters; his children, Charles F. Peters (Andrea) of Chelmsford and Deborah St; and his grandchildren, Jerron St and Justine St. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
