She was predeceased by: her husband Andre J. Belanger; her parents, Daniel Owens and Sarah Owens (Finucane); and her sibling Attorney Edward Owens. She is survived by: her children, Andrea Stanislaw (Joseph) of Gilford, NH, Philip Belanger (Leona) of North Chelmsford, Brother Brian C. Belanger and Joanne Belanger of Westford; her grandchildren, Bernard Belanger, Joseph Belanger, Monica Price (Kyle), Garrett Martel and Ian Martel (Nathan Powell); and her nephew Richard Owens of Lowell.
