The memory of Elaine A. Rupp (Lowell, Massachusetts), who passed away on February 7, 2025 at the age of 83, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecile L. Patenaude (Jambard) and Edmour F. Patenaude; her former husband John "Jack" Tierney; and her husband Glenn Rupp. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Hooley (Frank) of Cocoa, FL, James "Jay" Tierney of Auburn, NH and Gail Sweeney (Daniel, Sr.); her pet Finnegan; her grandchildren, Brian Cormier (Whitney), Daniel Sweeney, Jr. (Rose), Travis Sweeney, Shannon Hooley, Morgen Hooley, Samantha Tierney and Catherine Tierney; her great grandchildren, Owen, Elijah and Naomi; her brothers, Ronald Patenaude (Lorraine) of Fort Pierce, FL, Carl Patenaude (Kathy) of Dracut, Ernest Patenaude of Dracut and Edmour Patenaude, Jr. of Templeton, MA; her close friend Tom Kilduff; and her sisters, Carol Hebert (Raymond) and Claire Lanier (Hank). She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McKenna-Ouellette Funeral Home (327 Hildreth St, Lowell, MA 01850). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Church (12 Main St, Pelham, NH 03076). A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (96 Riverneck Rd, Chelmsford, MA 01824).
