He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Kuczek (Lovely); his parent Jane S Kuczek; and his brother John M Kuczek. He is survived by: his sister Mary Jane Ouellette (Kuczek) of Hanover, MA; his son John Kuczek (Katie); his grandchildren, Colin, Dylan and Cara Kuczek; his nieces, Jennifer Coleman (Jim) of Hanover, MA and Stefanie Ouellette of Boynton Beach, FL.; and his close friend Patricia Paolino-De Repentigny.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dracut Funeral Home (2159 Lakeview Ave, Dracut, MA 01826). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Polish Church (340 High St, Lowell, MA 01852).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Salvation Army in memory of Edward.
