She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Balakin and Marie Balakin (Furtado); her siblings, Joan Carlson (Raymond), James Balakin (Claire) and Richard Balakin; and her sister-in-law Julie Balakin.
She is survived by: her sons, David Hibbert (Katie) of Shrewsbury and Michael Hibbert of Lowell; her grandchildren, Jaxson and Ayden Hibbert of Shrewsbury; her brothers, Robert "Sudsy" Balakin (Pauline) of Lowell and Paul Balakin of Dracut; and her sister-in-law Doris Balakin of Lowell.
