She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas E. Chapman; her parents, Malacki Kelley and Mary Kelley (Lavoie); and her siblings, Marie Cummings and Kenneth Gill.
She is survived by: her children, Charles A. Chapman (Lisa) of Douglas, Thomas J. Chapman (Sherry) of Upton and Colleen A. Amedure of Lowell; her sister Pauline Manocchio; and her grandchildren, Cassidy and Colleen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
