She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Mulligan; and her siblings, Frances, Gladys, Katherine, Joan, Henry and Peter.
She is survived by: her children, John Mulligan (Evelyn) of Lowell, Mary Mulligan (Arnold Saitow) of Methuen and Judith Green (James) of Lowell; her grandchildren, John Mulligan, Christine Mulligan (Jonathan Koenigsamen), Kathleen Simanski (Benjamin), Elizabeth and Emma Green; and her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Margaret, Erin and William.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (144 E Merrimack St, Lowell, MA 01852).
