He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ewing Sr. and Geraldine Ewing (Joubert). He is survived by: his siblings, Lee Anne Ewing, Diane Dufresne (Russell Dufresne), Peter Ewing (Tena), Michael Ewing, Barry Ewing, Daniel Ewing (Susan) and Paul Ewing. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
