He was predeceased by: his parent Ira Rine; and his grandparents, Seraphim and Persephoni Garas. He is survived by: his mother Koula Rine (Garas); his wife Kristina; his daughters, Cassidy Rine-Prentice (Tyler) of Chelmsford and Camryn Rine of Chelmsford; his stepchildren, Justice LaPlante and Mia LaPlante; his grandchildren, Bodhi, Brody, Aria, Maddy and Peyton; and his siblings, Sam Rine (Cindy) and Andrea Jelovac of Dracut. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and an "army" of friends.

Chuck led and participated in numerous charity bike runs and community events, reflecting his deep commitment to supporting and uplifting those around him.
