It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles J. Stephens Jr. of Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Stephens, Sr. and Mary Stephens (Smielewicz). He is survived by: his significant other Helen Spartichino; his son Barry Green; his grandchildren, Rachel Delfino, Helena Delfino, Erika Green, Chad Barlow and Brandon Barlow; and his sisters, Winnie Carroll and Patricia Fournier. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
