She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Provencher and Blanche Provencher (Lavoie); her husband Frederick Musgrave; her daughter Karen Ann Stock; her brothers, Robert and Ronald Provencher; and her in-laws, Robert and Geraldine Lee.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Musgrave (Tracey) of Houston, TX, Richard Musgrave (Diane) of Atkinson, NH and Lynne Valcourt (Gary); and her sister-in-law Elaine Ruffen of Lawrence, MA..

Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Morse-Bayliss Funeral Home (122 Princeton Blvd, Lowell, MA 01851). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Margaret of Scotland Church (374 Stevens St, Lowell, MA 01851).
