He was predeceased by: his parents, Orrin Phillips and Marilyn Phillips (Marcotte); his siblings, Brenda Stasio and Daryl Phillips; and his sister-in-law Kelly Phillips.

He is survived by: his daughter Megan Phillips of Lowell; his siblings, Carl Phillips of Lowell, Patricia Metzler (Stephen) of Manchester, NH and Kathleen Baillargeon (Richard) of Salem, NH; and also Diane Phillips of Burlington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
