He is survived by: his wife Carol; his son Alan (Debbie); his grandchildren, Meredith and Jonathan; his son Stephan; his niece Laurie (Larry); and his great-niece Meghan. He is also survived by his parents and sister.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Springfield Symphony Orchestra, 1441 Main St, Springfield, MA 01103.
