She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Smolkowicz and John Smolkowicz; her husband Charles Gustafson; her son Mark Gustafson (Mary); and her siblings, Mary Migdoll, Helen LaBossier, Sylvia Cieplik, Carolyn Garvey, Joseph Smolkowicz and Jerome Forbes.
She is survived by: her sons, David Gustafson (Janis), Bryan Gustafson (Donna) and Craig Gustafson (Wendy); and her grandchildren, Grace, Bryan, Max, Lisa and Kelly. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
