He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sullivan and Rosemary Sullivan (Mahoney); and his brother Paul Sullivan. He is survived by: his girlfriend Marcy; his children, Heather L. Sullivan of Chicopee and Brian P. Sullivan (Kathryn); his former wife Barbara Sullivan of West Springfield; his siblings, Daniel Sullivan (Dome) of Clear Brook, VA and Kathy Randazzo (Richard) of Reading, MA; his aunts, Marie Prata and Jeanne Pratt; and his pet Henry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
