He was predeceased by: his parents, Boysie Williams-Redick and Blanche Stella Williams-Redick; his wife Isabelle Pertillar; and his brother Earl David Redick. He is survived by: his siblings, Boysie Redick Jr., Dennis Redick of Springfield, MA., Leonard Redick of Bloomfield, CT and Gloria Redick of Springfield, MA.; his daughters, Barbara Ragin (Charles) of Hartford, CT, Brenda Redick (Gregory Borges) of Lanham, Karen Redick of Bloomfield, CT, April Redick of Bloomfield, CT and Robin Gay Sr. (Willie) of Manchester, CT.; and his grandchildren, Willie Gay Jr. and Reginald Gay. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
