He was predeceased by: his brother Charles C. Card, Jr.; and his grandson Michael Kimball. He is survived by: his spouse Anna Evalyn Woodward; his children, Lynnette Scott (Donald), Anita Kimball (Jeffrey) and Richard Card, Jr. (Donna); his stepson Dennis Pollard; his grandchildren, Jackie LaRue (Mike), Heather, Lauren, Emily Daniels (Tim), Valerie Bills (Tim), Douglas Kimball (Paige) and Andrea Roman (Josh); his significant other Barbara Anzalotti; his children, Salvatore, Maria and Andrea; and also Joan. He is also survived by his parents, his stepfather.
In lieu of flowers, donations could be made to the Salvation Army of Greenfield, Baystate Hospice, or St. Mary's Parish.
