He is survived by: his wife Karen Balmer (Peters); his children, Philip L. Balmer of Ludlow, Ashley Ross (Matt) of Marshfield, MA and Kristin Balmer (Dan Poggi) of Agawam; his sisters, Pamela Finamore (Charlie) of Lakewood Ranch, Florida and Leslie Richards (Bob) of Lakewood Ranch, Florida; his grandchildren, Dawn Machado, Lauren Callahan, Leah Pieper, Brooklyn and Matthew Ross; and his great grandchildren, Juliet and Mya. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and close friends.
