He is survived by: his children, Dr. Timothy Kelly Fitzpatrick (Martha Moriarty) of Weston, VT, Mary Kay Carbone (Thomas) of Rockport, Dr. Maureen Ann Fitzpatrick (Margaret Wasilewski) of Medford, MA, Stacy Santiago (Luis) of Longmeadow, Kelly Anne Fitzpatrick-Cary (Stephen) of Springfield and James Michael Fitzpatrick (Kristin) of Longmeadow; and his great grandchild Adeline Carbone.
