He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph H. Nooney and Priscilla J. Nooney (Howes); and his brother Ralph Nooney. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Nooney (Baer) of Satellite Beach, Florida; his children, David Nooney (Megan) of Oxford, Mass and Priscilla Schimkus (Matt) of Melbourne, Florida; his grandchildren, Collin and Hailey; his sisters, Deborah Witham of East Windsor and Brenda Nooney of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts; and his pet Tobi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
