She was predeceased by: her husband Joaquim Ramalho. She is survived by: her children, Peter Ramalho (Grace Dias), Maria Cortinhas (Carlos), Paul Ramalho (Alyse), Clara Tereso (Richard) and Dulce Litchfield (Brian Montana); her grandchildren, Tiana, Krystal (Tim), Zachary, Alexa (Anthony), Jylian, Jack and Alec; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Joel, Daisy and Maritza. She is also survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations can be made in Graciete's name to the Alzheimer's Association or the Michael J. Dias Foundation.
