It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Spruiell of Longmeadow, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband John M. Ellis; her former spouse Dr. Vann Spruiell; and her children, Sidney Ellis Reavey of Longmeadow, Massachusetts, Catherine Moore Ellis of Seattle, Washington and John Matson Ellis. She is also survived by her kids.
