He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Marion Figgins (McGuire); his siblings, Robert, Charles Jr., James and Katherine; and his nieces and nephews, Robert, Jr., Scott, Amy, Kate, Stephanie, Kimberly, Brian and Timothy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
