We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Doreen (Peterson) Psilakis of Longmeadow, Massachusetts, born in Stafford Springs, Connecticut. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Peterson and Evelyn Peterson; and her siblings-in-law, Emmanuel, Christos Psilakis, Jim Sophinos, Helen Stavarakis and Lula Sophinos.

She is survived by: her husband Andrew Psilakis; her siblings-in-law, Helen Psilakis of Springfield and Nick Stavarakis of Springfield; her nephews, George Psilakis (Julie) of Franklin, Emmanuel "Mano" Psilakis (Katherine) of New Seabury, Leonard Sophinos (Alexandra) of Somers, CT and George Sophinos (Karen) of Rye Beach, NH; her niece Liz; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexander, Andrew, Anthony, Christos, Evan, James, Phillip, Argia and Sophia; and her godchildren, Andrew Psilakis, Jake Socha, Jason Kastrinakis, Katherine Psilakis, Michaela Socha and Phillip Sophinos.

In lieu of flowers, her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to either the Saint George Greek Orthodox Cathedral Endowment Trust or the Building Fund, 22 Saint George Road, Springfield, MA 01104.
