It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Apostolos Kannavos of Longmeadow, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 12, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Christos Kannavos and Maria Kannavos (Goyas); and his siblings, Demetrios Kannavos and Yiota Bourelis. He is survived by: his wife Desmendo "Diana" Kannavos (Plumpides) of Longmeadow; his daughters, Thamy K. Grogan of Longmeadow and Mary K. Freeth (Joe) of Newbury Park, CA; and his grandchildren, Christopher and Nina Grogan of Longmeadow. He is also survived by his siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews.
