He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. Johnson and Marguerite Johnson (Childs). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Johnson (Dodge); and his children, Michael (Linda) of Georgia and Amy (Damon) of Littleton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
