He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Melissa Bulger; his sisters, Kathleen of Gordon, AL. and Doris of Gordon, AL.; and his parents, George Dow and Delima Dow (Christian).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Dow (Beach); his daughters, Marjoree Ewing (Melvin) of Mobile, AL and Sheryl Bulger of Taylors, SC; and his grandchildren, John Moynihan Jr. of Mississippi, Robert Moynihan of Pensacola, Jeffrey Bulger of Leominster, MA and Alyssa Bulger of Lunenburg, MA.. He is also survived by his 7 great grandchildren along with extended family and his friends.
