He was predeceased by: his daughter Donna May; his parents, Ralph E. Crowell and Flora I. Crowell (Pettigrew); and his sister Joyce Crowell. He is survived by: his wife Caroline E. Crowell (Livermore); his children, Elizabeth Crowell, William Crowell, Sr. (Ruth) and Faith Venier (Matthew); and his siblings, Dorothy L'Homme and David Crowell. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to Care Dimensions Hospice Care, 75 Sylvan St., Suite B-102, Danvers, MA 01923.
