He was predeceased by: his brothers, Howard and Richard Levine. He is survived by: his wife P. Nancy Levine (Leib); his children, Mark Levine and Dianne Bryce-Bronk; his children-in-law, Susan Levine and Brian Bronk; his grandchildren, Ainsley Bryce, Lucie Levine, Elijah Bryce and Isaac Levine; and his sister Kathryn Stabile (Levine).
