He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jay Spalding and Irene Spalding (Antkievicze); his wife Mary Spalding (Holmes); his stepmother Annie Spalding of Alabama; his sons, Jason and Douglas; his grandchildren, Greyson of Colorado, Haley of Colorado, Jordan of Colorado and Zander of Colorado; and his parents-in-law, Eileen, Steve Stebbins of Arkansas, Donna Holmes of Massachusetts, Marlene of Massachusetts, Pat Agresti of Massachusetts, David of Massachusetts and Debbie Holmes of Massachusetts. He was also cherished by many nephews and nieces.
