She was predeceased by: her husband John L. Kurtyka Jr.; her son John Kurtyka III; her grandson Scott Henry Linthicum; her siblings, Lola Wassengar, Alice Howard, Louis Peloquin, Leo Peloquin and Raymond Peloquin; and her parents, Adolphe M. Peloquin and Alice A. Peloquin (Lescault).
She is survived by: her daughter Donna M. A Heywood (Scott Odette) of Linwood; her granddaughter Alice Ann Zyra (Robert Hoaglund) of Linwood; her great grandchild Maxwell M. Zyra; and her close friend Viola Bramel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
