He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Mark Hollister of Wilmington, MA, Heather Hollister of Somerville, MA and Hans Hollister (Olcan Hollister) of Bethesda, MD.; his sister Jane Nicodemus (Hollister) of Warminster, PA; his brothers-in-law, Dr. Francis Boston of Montreal, Simon Boston and Richard Boston; and his grandchildren, Dylan and Sophia Hollister.
