He was predeceased by: his wife Madeline Owen (Clifford); and his sister Kathleen Walsh. He is survived by: his children, Priscilla McPhee (Allan) of Winchester, MaryLou Hoyt (Stephen) of New London, NH, Constance Gallagher (Michael Renkawitz) of Feeding Hills, Susan Owen-Smith (Kim) of Peterborough, NH, Catherine Owen (Mark Owen) of Hertfordshire, England., Thomas Owen (Sheryl) of Tampa, FL and Charles Owen (Martha) of Framingham; and his grandchildren, Kristen, Stephen, Kate, Mike, Sarah, Amanda, Andrew, Zinnia, Frances, Christopher, Maggie, Kyle, Mikayla and Charlie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
