He is survived by: his wife Maureen (Sullivan); his children, Julia (Colin Sullivan), Alanna (Thomas Widman) and Owen Tryder; his grandchildren, Finbar, Owen Patrick, Walter and Mairi; and his siblings, Paul E. Tryder Jr. (Ann), Stephen Tryder (Joanna), Helen "Sissy" (Joseph Hughes) and Christine (Robert Kirk). He is also survived by many in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
