He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Rachel Bunker; his son-in-law Josh Bunker; his son Christopher Burns; his daughter-in-law Rachel Ostrow; and his grandchildren, Desmond, Charlotte and Petra. He is also survived by his children and all 3 grandchildren.
