He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco M. Dias and Maria Jose Dias (Bastos); and his brother Frank Dias. He is survived by: his friends, Steve Elwell Sr., Howie Davis, Russ Forcier, Fran Doucette and Tony Verga; his daughters, Annemarie Sanfilippo (Nick Sanfilippo) of Rockport and Joelle Foote (Jack Foote) of Gloucester; his stepchildren, Lauran (James Brayden) of North Reading and Scott Feener (Melanie Caron) of Haverhill; and his siblings, Rose Carrico of Fairhaven, Vicky Cabral of Mattapoisett and Tony Dias of Gloucester. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, and nephews.
