He was predeceased by: his parents, P. J. Chacko and Mary Chacko; and his siblings, Johnson and Varughese. He is survived by: his wife Soosamma Joseph of Ashland, MA; his children, Jacob P. Joseph (Asha Jacob) and Mary Abraham (Joshua Abraham); his grandchildren, Rayna Jacob, Gina Abraham, Joel Abraham and Aiden Jacob; and his sister Sheela Thomas. He is also survived by extended family in India including nephews, nieces, cousins.
