Phillips Jr. (Lincoln, Massachusetts), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Charles Phillips, Sr. and Elizabeth Perry Phillips of Pittsburgh, PA.; his wife Joyce Nickmeyer Phillips; his daughters, Heather (Michael Kaminer), Hollis (Whitney Miskell) and Jennifer (Sean Bisceglia); his grandchildren, Lexi, Jake Kaminer, Jack, Elizabeth and Christopher Bisceglia; and his sister Jill Cervantes.
