He was predeceased by: his brothers, Peter, Alden Jr and Hollis; and his grandson Corbin. He is survived by: his children, John Jr. (Olga Zizich) of Ellicott City, Lindsay (Peter ONeill) of Providence, Hilary (Christopher Foster) of Wayland and Stratton (Julie Henderson) of Calais, VT; and his stepgrandchildren, Jason, Daniel, Alice, Claire, Frenches and Coles.
