It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jaok Han of Lincoln, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 28, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Yangsook. He is survived by: his friends, Scandinavia and Korea; his children, Sylvia Han (Bruce Rubenstein) of Lexington, MA, Julia Han Chandler (Martin Chandler) of Atlanta, GA and Andrew Han (Karen Eckstein Han) of Needham, MA.; and his grandchildren, Eric, Kenneth, Ryan, Cameron, Caroline, Matthew and Martha.
Due to COVID restrictions, a private memorial service will be held on Friday, January 1st at 2 pm in the Dee Funeral Home.
Han become known for his research on cardiac electrophysiology and arrythmias and served on research advisory committees for the National Institute of Health and the American Heart Association. He was a President of the American Heart Association, NY chapter in the early 1980s, and was awarded numerous research grants while authoring books and articles.
