He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Senator Susan Cooley Fargo; his daughter Amanda Reed Fargo of Lincoln; his sister Seddon Reed Savage (William Carl Cooley); and his sister-in-law Marcia Cooley Blevins of McMinnville, Oregon. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
