He is survived by: his parents, Harold and Mildred; his friend Julie Keller Kuhn of Lexington, MA.; his wife Julie; his children, Scott, Lee, Todd and Melynda; his stepdaughters, Lydia and Melora; and his grandchildren, Tim Lukas, Taylor Lenore, Alicia Louise and Tekoah Independence.
